Boan's Ink keeps customer information to the minimum we need to run the business.

Information we use

We may receive your name, email address, shipping address, and basic order details when you place an order or contact us. We use that information to process and ship orders, answer questions, provide customer support, and maintain basic order records.

If you choose to sign up for marketing, we may use your email address to send product updates, current promotions, and occasional Boan's Ink nonsense. You can unsubscribe from promotional email.

We may occasionally include samples, stickers, promotional items, or other random stuff with an order or shipment.

Payments

Payments made through our website are processed by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. Boan's Ink does not receive or store your full credit-card details through the normal website checkout process.

If you choose to arrange a payment with us directly outside the website, the information involved will depend on the payment method you choose.

Service providers

Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, and other services needed to operate the store may process information as part of providing those services. Their handling of information is governed by their own systems and policies.
