If you need to request a return, replacement, or correction, email boansink.simcoe@gmail.com with your order number and a quick explanation of what happened.

Return requests are reviewed individually based on the product, the order details, and the reason for the request.

Custom and made-to-order items may have different return limitations once production has started. Nothing here limits any rights or remedies that apply under law.

If we sent the wrong item, made something incorrectly, or something arrived defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
